Our bath board spans standard and freestanding tubs, and every cut-out is there for a reason: a bowled notch that will not let stemware tip, a stainless rack that holds a book open above the waterline, a groove that props a tablet at eye level. Made in Canada from natural birch cross-ply, sealed food-grade, and left unstained.

The layout

Not just a tray.

Every cutout is sized for real use. You can't put the same things on a flat tray that you can on this board.

Finish & safety

Food-grade safe. VOC and solvent free.

The finish is the part of the board your glass, your book, and your hands touch, in a small room full of steam. So it is the part we are least willing to compromise on: an OSMO VOC- and solvent-free sealant, food-grade safe, over unstained birch.

No VOCs
The OSMO sealant system is free of volatile organic compounds. There is nothing in what we put on the wood to off-gas into a warm, closed bathroom.
No solvents
Solvent-free from the first coat to the last. No solvent carriers in the sealant we finish every board with.
Food-grade safe
The sealed surface is food-grade safe, the standard we want for a board you rest a glass, a snack, and your hands on.
Unstained, no dye
No stain, no dye, no tinted topcoat. The grain you see is the birch itself, with nothing hiding underneath a colour.

It is a natural wood product, so the finish is maintained rather than permanent. Keep the seal intact and the board keeps its protection. We would rather say that than promise something the material cannot deliver.

Easy to install

Build your board in minutes.

No tools required. Slide-adjustable footers dial in a snug fit for tubs 29″ wide or less. Your tub needs a sill on each side to support the board. Foam grip strips protect the finish and keep it steady.

Measure your tub before ordering. We can’t offer returns for fit.

  1. Apply foam strips Turn the board upside down and apply 2 of the 4 foam strips where it rests on the tub sills, one per side.
  2. Place bolts Slide each bolt into the two T-slots on the underside of the board.
  3. Attach footers Rest each wooden footer over the bolts, hollowed side facing up.
  4. Washers & wing nuts Drop a washer onto each bolt and attach the wing nuts. Tighten until the footers hold but still slide freely.
  5. Attach remaining foam strips Add the last two foam strips along the lower outer edge of each footer, where they meet the tub walls.
  6. Adjust & tighten Set the board over the sills, slide the footers against the tub walls, and hand-tighten the wing nuts once the foam is the main contact point.
